Shipping & Handling

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. You should receive notification by email that your order has been received and also once it has been shipped. Please ensure that our email address is added to your ‘safe list’ and not filtered by spam/junk filters.

Delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation.

The transit times applicable are those indicated when you place your order (except after Friday 1pm EST until Monday morning where orders will be processed on the Monday). Please note that all such times are approximate.

At this time, we ship to continental US, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.  For the shipping & handling rates to Hawaii and Alaska, please look at the specific section below.

Shipping outside the US & Canada

For other countries, we are pleased to recommend a forwarding company that proposes a great international shipping services to any country in the world such as Australia, Mexico, etc... except Iran, North Korea and Sudan.  To visit our order forwarding service partner, click here. However, do not order Shirataki Noodles nor Marinara Sauce, as they will not be allowed to ship outside the US.  If you were to order Shirataki Noodles or Marinara Sauce, and that your order was to be refused by Shipito, we would not be able to refund you.  DukanDiet.com, Diet Coaching, Inc and Shopdukandiet.com shall not be held responsible for any lost, damage or stolen package after the delivery at the partner's locations.  

Carriers

To deliver the products you have ordered we use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and UPS Next Day services.

You can follow the packing and shipping stages of your order by clicking on the “History & details of your orders” tab in the “Managing my account” section on our site. This enables you to access details of your order.

You may also follow your order by UPS official site. Please click on www.ups.com in order to follow your order directly at UPS official site. Please note that signature by UPS is only for Express service.

By choosing UPS Next Day, your order should be delivered around 3PM the next day.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without reason, with a full refund provided, as per our terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to change the requested shipping method without reason, and refund any difference in the price paid if applicable.

International deliveries: we do not ship outside US at this time.

APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes

We do not ship to APO / FPO / DPO or PO box addresses at this time.

Shipping & Handling Rates

FREE SHIPPING for ground delivery orders $79+!

Ground Shipping: $8.99 flat rate for all ground orders

Because we want our customers to experience the best shopping experience, all orders have a Flat Free Shipping rate of $8.99 per order for Ground shipping, no matter how much you order!  Meaning that even if your order is above 35 or 40 pounds, you still pay the same rate of $8.99.

Alaska and Hawaii

To ship to Alaska or Hawaii destinations, shipping & handling rate is a flat rate of $48.99.  We are pursuing every effort to drive our shipping costs down for our clients in Alaska and Hawaii, but in the meantime, that is what we can provide.  Free delivery above $79 is not applicable for both these destinations.
