Dukan Double Chocolate Cake

Starting on Cruise

 

The Dukan Chocolate Muffin Mix makes a fast and  fabulous chocolate cake.  Add a little more Dukan Cocoa Powder and you have a scrumptious "double chocolate" version.  Enjoy!

 

Ingredients for Making Dukan Double Chocolate Cake:

 

Makes 12 servings. 

 

1 Dukan Chocolate Muffin Mix

16 oz. Greek Style Yogurt (plain or  sugar- free vanilla flavored)

3 Large or Extra Large Eggs

1-1/2 Tablespoons Dukan Cocoa Powder

1/8 tablespoon Dukan Diet Organic Stevia (or to taste) 

1-1/3 cups water

Preparation:

 

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

 

You will need one 9" non-stick cake pan, or one 8" or 9" square non-stick baking pan.

 

In medium size bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended.  Spoon batter into cake pan and bake for 20-24 minutes until top is firm when pressed lightly, or toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.  Ovens may vary.  Do not overbake or cake can become dry. Cake may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or tightly wrapped and frozen for 2 months.  

 

Starting on Cruise, you are allowed up to 1/12 of the cake per day.

 

*  extra sweetener is optional, for those who like a sweet-style cake.
