Appetite and Fat Control can be helpful in all phases of the Dukan Diet - especially when you experience stagnation or plateaus. During the Cruise phase weight loss begins to slow and by introducing Appetite and Fat Control you will help counteract inevitable periods of stagnation. It may also be used effectively in conjunction with celebration meals or if you experience any setbacks with weight gain in Consolidation and during the Stabilization phase if you experience weight fluctuations. 

The active ingredients are apple cider vinegar (acetic acid), apple fiber and apple pectin.
