Fat Burning Oat Bran Pancake

 Prep Time: 5 min - Cook Time: 5 min - Serves 1

Phase: Attack

Ingredients:  

  • 1.5 Tbsp. Dukan Diet Organic Bran
  • 2 Tbsp. of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
  • ½ teaspoon Matcha tea powder
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste (optional) 

Preparation: 

  1. Mix oat bran and Greek yogurt together until the mixture is soft
  2. Carefully mix in beaten egg white. Add in cayenne and Matcha powder (and salt if using)
  3. Heat up a nonstick frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat or until the underside is golden and the upper side starts to dry
  4. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Allow the pancake to cool briefly before serving
